A PAIR is required per kitchen. For example, if you have 100 housing units with kitchens, you will need to order 100 pairs. To ensure effective fire suppression, you must order the model that is suited for your stovetop configuration, as pictured below.  Determine how many housing units you are purchasing for and if the kitchens have over-the-range microwaves, venthoods, or both.
