These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Warren Watts Technology, doing business as Auto-Out® (“Auto-Out,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By opting in to receive text messages from Auto-Out, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. Auto-Out SMS Program

Auto-Out may use text messaging to communicate with customers, prospective customers, property-management professionals, vendors, and other individuals who have requested or consented to receive text communications from us.

Depending on your relationship with Auto-Out and how you opted in, text messages may include:

Responses to quote requests
Product information
Order-related communications
Shipping and delivery updates
Customer-service communications
Product replacement or reorder reminders
Product expiration reminders
Responses to questions or requests
Other Auto-Out business-related communications

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from Auto-Out, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Auto-Out at the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Auto-Out.

You may choose not to receive text messages and may continue to communicate with us by telephone or email.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Auto-Out.

For example, the number of messages you receive may vary based on quote requests, orders, shipping activity, customer-service requests, product replacement schedules, or other communications you have requested.

Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from Auto-Out. Please contact your wireless carrier if you have questions regarding your mobile plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may stop receiving Auto-Out text messages at any time.

Reply:

STOP

to an Auto-Out text message to unsubscribe.

After you submit an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed.

Once your opt-out request has been processed, Auto-Out will no longer send text messages to that mobile number unless you subsequently provide consent to receive text messages again.

8. Your Mobile Number

By opting in, you represent that you are authorized to use the mobile telephone number you provide to Auto-Out.

If you change, transfer, deactivate, or discontinue use of your mobile telephone number, please notify Auto-Out or opt out of text messaging so that communications intended for you are not sent to another person who may later receive that number.

9. Delivery of Messages

Delivery of text messages may be affected by your wireless carrier, mobile device, network availability, or other circumstances outside Auto-Out's control.

Auto-Out does not guarantee that every text message will be delivered or received within a specific period of time.

You are responsible for ensuring that your mobile device and wireless service are capable of receiving SMS or MMS messages.

Your wireless carrier may impose additional terms, conditions, fees, or restrictions relating to text messaging.

11. Changes to the SMS Program

Auto-Out may modify, suspend, or discontinue its text-messaging program at any time.

We may also update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our messaging practices, technology, legal requirements, carrier requirements, or services.

Any updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
