AUTO-OUT MANUFACTURED BY WARREN WATTS TECHNOLOGY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our standard terms are NET 30. This means the invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date. We invoice upon shipping.
OVER CREDIT LIMIT – CREDIT CUSTOMERS ONLY
Your account has been set at the credit limit that we feel is appropriate according to the information given on the credit application. If you exceed your credit limit, you will need to pay for material as C.O.D. until we can review your credit application in order for us to further extend your credit.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
Accounts that become 30 days past due may be subject to a service charge of 2% per month (18% per annaum), or at seller’s option, up to a maximum rate permitted by law. Payments are credited first to unpaid late charges and second to the oldest outstanding balance. Warren Watts Technology reserves the right not to extend further credit to accounts that are not current with the terms. It is important that you make your payments in a timely manner to ensure that your credit history is not affected in any way. All accounts that become past due (past 30 days) will automatically go on “CREDIT HOLD.” No further credit will be extended until balance is paid in full. If applicant is in default for non-payment, then in addition to other remedies, applicant agrees to reimburse Warren Watts Technology all costs of collections, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
There will be a $55.00 service fee for any returned checks from the banks.
SHIPPING & ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Shipping is via standard, FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground service does not require a signature upon delivery, however their drivers will typically get a signature. For packages not requiring a signature for release, drivers may leave the package at a recipient's door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is reasonable to do so. In most cases, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning to the shipper. Should you require a signature upon delivery you must let us know at the time of order and additional shipping services and fees may apply.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect/old shipping address, we will happily send it again, but will need to charge for the additional shipping. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address on the customers end. Please verify the shipping address carefully when submitting an order. FedEx changes up to $8 per box that is non-deliverable due to an incorrect address.
If Wall-Mount brackets are ordered for Auto-Out Microwave, please note this is a custom order. All “Special or Custom Orders” are “NON CANCELABLE, NON RETURNABLE, NON REFUNDABLE.” Special Orders may require a signed form from customer agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of the Special Order.
CREDITS, RETURNS, DAMAGE CLAIMS
Warren Watts Technology allows for returns on items that are damaged during shipping or due to manufacturer’s error only. All returns require prior authorization and must be brought to our attention within 30 days of invoice date (ship date). Returns not due to shipping damage or manufacturer’s error are accepted at the discretion of Warren Watts Technology and will automatically result in a 30% restocking fee. Customer’s are responsible for return shipping charges. All material will be inspected upon return. Credits will not be issued until the inspection is completed. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of invoice date. Buyer assumes responsibility for lack of performance or safety if not used according to directions and installation guides provided by manufacturer.
